Our cargo-carrying Longtail Hybrid is built with practicality in mind. Powered by Bosch's fourth-generation Cargo Line motor, it's designed to handle a load of up to 200kg in total. A weight of 60kg can be carried on the sturdy, extended rear carrier, which can accept two standard carrier bags per side and features elastomer suspension. There's an optional extension to allow the fitting of a standard Eurobox, an available headset-mounted front carrier and even an optional downtube carrier for extra load-carrying potential. If you opt for the single battery version there's also a small, lockable storage compartment in the downtube. Is there a better, traffic-beating way of transporting loads around town? We don't think so...
