Most bikes are designed to carry a person and, perhaps, a little luggage. The Cargo Hybrid is a different beast, built with a maximum system weight of 220kg – which means it's capable of carrying bulky loads, or even two children with the optional seat, in safety and comfort. Handling is stable and confidence-inspiring even when fully loaded, so navigating city streets is a breeze. We positioned the powerful, cargo-specific Bosch drive unit unobtrusively at the base of the seat tube, and there's room for up to two batteries close to the bike's centre of gravity.

The flexible ONE SIZE CONCEPT makes one bike so versatile that it can be used by any number of people – irrespective of their height. Everyone can enjoy a comfortable ride courtesy of the upright riding position and step-through frame. The saddle and stem easily adjust up or down to suit any rider from around 5ft 2in to 6ft 2in (1.60m to 1.90m). Simply add the optional child seat with integrated seat belts. Weather not looking so great? Clip on the optional rain cover to help keep your cargo – or your kids – dry. Bright LED lights front and rear ensure you can see and be seen, mudguards and grippy tyres make light work of wet streets, and powerful Magura hydraulic disc brakes ensure you're always in control, whatever the weather. Add the smooth reliability and wide range of Shimano's 10-speed Deore gears and the comfort of a suspension fork, and it's easy to see why more people are choosing to ditch the car.
